RETURN & REFUND POLICY 🙂

Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. However, customer satisfaction is important to us.


We only offer refunds or replacements for:
• Damaged items
• Incorrect items received
• Lost packages confirmed by the carrier


To request assistance, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item/package
• A description of the issue

Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing selections, or shipping delays caused by carriers.
• Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


If approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
